Delivery Expectations: All shipments are delivered by us here at Pompey's Furniture within 2 business days in most cases. In the event that your order is out of stock, we will send you an email giving you another target delivery date. Most orders are delivered within 2-3 business days between the times of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday (Saturday deliveries $50 and not available in all areas). Please be advised that some orders could take up to 4 weeks depending on stock availability. We have no control over sudden stock availability and therefore make no promises or guarantees. If your delivery will be delayed Pompeysfurniture.com will notify you in the even that this happens. If an item is on back order we will contact you within 24 hours of your order and will advise you of the new estimated time of delivery. Assembly Required: For your furnitures protection, please be aware that some assembly "may" be required on some merchandise. Pompeysfurniture.com shall not be required to assemble any such merchandise as part of your purchase. We can Assemble any piece for you at $100 per assembled piece. Pricing & Availability: While Pompeysfurniture.com strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Pompeysfurniture.com cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Pompeysfurniture.com has the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mis-priced, Pompeysfurniture.com may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. California sales tax will be charged on your order as applicable. Check or Money Orders: If you prefer to pay per Personal Check or Money Order or Certified Check you are certainly welcome to do so. Please print out an order form, fill it out and mail it to us. Upon receiving your order and payment we will place the order and send you a confirmation email, however for personal check payments we will place a hold on your order until the funds clear.
